What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom inserts?
MOQ depends entirely on the chosen material, structural complexity, and tooling requirements. While we support small-batch production for initial runs, highly customized molded pulp or complex die-cut foam may require higher volumes to absorb setup costs efficiently. We review this upon receiving your specification.
Can you design the insert if I only provide the physical product?
Yes. Structural design is a core capability. If you send us the physical product and the outer box, our engineering team will measure, map, and create a custom CAD layout optimized for protection and unboxing presentation.
How should artwork be supplied for printed paperboard inserts?
Once the structural design is approved, we will provide a 2D vector die-line (PDF or AI format). Your design team should apply the artwork directly to this die-line, ensuring all fonts are outlined, images are high resolution, and Pantone colors are clearly specified before returning the file for pre-press review.
Are samples required before mass production?
Yes. For custom structural packaging, a physical fit test is mandatory to prevent costly errors. We will not proceed to mass manufacturing until a structural mockup has been physically tested with your product and formally approved by your team.
How long does production take?
Production timing is calculated based on the confirmed specification, material availability, and order volume. The timeline begins only after the final sample and artwork are approved. We will provide a specific production schedule during the project review phase.
Do you coordinate international delivery?
Yes. We manage export packing—typically shipping inserts flat to minimize volumetric weight—and coordinate with freight forwarders for sea or air transit to your designated global facility or fulfillment center.
